Well I did just that this afternoon, ran the car 10 minutes. used PB blaster again, still won't budge, even with the 7/8 box slipped over the semsor and a cheater pipe for leverage. I also resorted to a large locking plier and it broke. So I guess I'm going to drop the pipe down from the manifold and cut the pipe after the converter to see if I can get it with the pipe on the bench. I think this O2 has been in there a long time, maybe was cross threaded on the install? I guess worst case I'll replace the header pipe and converter since I have no way to weld it back. The original flange is long gone, someone has welded the header pipe to the converter and all the way back for that matter, shame cause all the pipe looks recent and solid. Thanks for the help though! I'll kept trying.
