that the (rears are still firm, tight, quiet)
nah just kidding how long has it been or many miles when you replaced the wheel-bearings, i would say it would be the driver-side bearing that is the monster behind your terror, even if the bearings have been done not long ago - there is still a chance you installed a defected one, if you want to be real sure its a wheel-bearing, drive the car for another 6 months and when the shaken gets so bad that it will bounce a dime a inch off the dash when the car is at 65 you`ll have your answer, but it sounds like it will do that now. yes yes driver-side, the reason i point to driver-side is you have the vibration in the pedals.
but after looking at your post just now i see you installed a crappy rebuilt axle, take a look to see if its not bent slightly, it wouldnt be any problem for a bent axle to give you the case of the shakes, how you would go about looking to see if its bent
( when you replace your wheel-bearing hold the shaft up and eye-ball it,feel it, look to see if any-part of the axle has a chip in it where it was hit (to bend it) and then replace the crappy axle for a not so crappy one.
