Yeah, have fun with that one.
So the vibration is still there, but at a markedly lower amplitude. It seems that the flat spots in two(!) rims, both on the right, were producing much of the vibration, and now that they're straightened the car is much smoother at speed, altho not yet perfect. In any case, what's left can easily be attributed to tire wear or, as was suggested, axle imperfections. I'll have to switch wheels around and look towards replacing axles and upgrading wheels sooner than later I suppose.
