Is this bushing held in place just in front of the gearshift by a plastic plate attached to the bottom of the shifter?

I'm asking because I busted the plastic plate and there isnt any bushing there, although it looks like there should be. There might be enough of the plate left to hold the bushing, if that is where it goes. Eeuroparts doesn't seem to sell the plate. I haven't checked the dealer yet.

This happened when I had to replace a part of my ignition mechanism (the tab that goes into the bottom of the lock cylinder had broken off) and figured I would adjust my shift mechanism at the same time. (It hasnt been going smoothly into 3d and 4th gear) Trying to twist the shifter unit around to get at the ignition mechanism gears, I broke off the plastic tabs. They are still there, however, held in place by bolts that go thru them and the shifter unit. I did fix my ignition. Mainly, I am trying to get my shifting to work smoothly.
