that the drivers side inner has not already been swapped, and that the wheel bearing off the junkyard spindle is good.
to clarify (or develop) the suggestion to hammer on the ball joint and tie rod end to get it loose, the best way to do this is put one large hammer against one side of the spindle (where the ball joint inserts into it) and then hit the other side of the spindle with another hammer. this will shock the spindle metal causing vibration and will loosed the ball joint or tie rod end. it will also reduce stress on the spindle by having that 'receiving' hammer take some of the shock.
