sticking or ebrake handle up a little?

I've had those brakes die when the fluid got too hot due to a dragging puck either from a frozen caliper (or one that comes and goes) or the brake handle being left up.
Check your brake pads for uneven wear or if you have an infra-red thermometer (everyone should have one anyway..they're maybe $60) check your brake temps after driving 20 miles and parking. If one side is hotter than the other or if both brakes are really hot you probably have dragging pistons/pucks.
