I have weighed a couple Saabs on truck scales (they are accurate, calibrated often, etc.) You got yourself a FWD with a 60/40 split, just like nearly all other FWDs.
You're dealing with a car that weighs nearly 3000 pounds. Removing your AC and moving your battery aren't going to yield any noticeable gains unless you are building a race car and are also removing lots of other stuff. That said, if your AC is dead, removing the compressor can make doing other repairs easier.
