your going to need to put the edge of the housing on one side of the vice and then get a deep well socket on the other side (use a large deep well but sill small enough to fit inside the control arm bushing housing, when the vice is screwed together it will push the socket through the bushing housing, and the old bushing out the other side.
its been a while but i can remember using washers an assortment of bolts
anything to push on the one side of the bushing.
but in the end it was the deep well that did the job
