Go to the hardware store and get an appropriate size easy-out aka screw extractor. This is sort of a tapered screw with left hand treads. It will tighten into the hole and grip the fitting as you turn it to the left. I'd put a little PB penetraing oil on the fitting and give the caliper a few taps to break loose the rust before I try the easy-out. You might have to grind down the end of the easy-out so it fits tightly since the small hole you are putting into is blind. Might try a little heat on the caliper at the fitting if the fitting was in tight enough to break off. Don't overheat. You don't want to burn the seals. Good luck.
