Look, we have *all* had an issue with someone somewhere in some transaction. And I dare say we have all felt that we got the short end of the stick, even if we got our money back. Time is something you can't replace, I've had issues at the Saab dealership, at an independent, and at another independent. With the number of Saabs I've had (and have...) and the miles I've put on them, it will happen. Sometimes it was *me* that was the bad guy. I did what I could to make it right, but you can *never* replace time. But what are you going to do? Hide in your room?

Unless you are talking about having the Doctor cut off the wrong limb...

You spend more time remembering and bitching about the original event than it could have ever taken, and this is not making any friends for you either. Have I been pissed that a Saab source did me wrong? You bet. Did I get my money back or some sort of satisfaction? You bet. Did I tell an associate about it? You bet. Have I let it go and moved on? You bet. Not saying to be happy about it, just let it go...
