Hello all!
This is my first post and I just wanted to say 'Thanks'. I have found a lot of info on your board here and have learned a lot about these here Saabs. I purchased a nice 92 900s CV (green/black top) 6 months ago and me and my wife fell in love with it instantly. The handling, the ride, the look, simply beautiful. I thought it a good price even after 3rd gear crapped out a month later. When a turbo buddy of mine told me to try and get a turbo 900, I started looking. Well, I got one and love it. Its a 89 SPG but it's never been treated well body-wise. The fenders are rusted badly and the hood is completely faded. There is also no floorboard under the rear driverside foot area. Nice. The rear driver side took a small scrape, but no major damage that can't be fixed. BUT, it goes like a scalded cat. Runs VERY good. Sunroof works, heat is amazing, headliner not bad, interior could be nicer, but not awful wear for its age. All in all, I'm just curious if I should keep it, slowly repairing/replacing as I go, or sell it, or put the turbo 2.0 in the S? Do you need a pic of it? I figured I may as well ask you guys. I'm just learning, but want to stick with these for a while. I'm a diehard Turbo Ford guy that has imports taking over the driveway and I think I like it! Any responses are greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time folks. Sorry for the long post...
