ok well let me say it because it sure can`t hurt.
if the car has not ben sitting and its your daily driver, next time your at the emissions or on the drive to emissions when you stop at a light dont let the car idle down, keep your foot on the gas keep the rpm`s around 2 grand, do this on every stop you have to get there, if there is a line you have to wait in pick the line with the newest looking car to wait behind and dont let you motor idle down, keep the rpms around 2000, as the line progresses when the car ahead of you enters the bay and your now next take your foot off the gas and let her idle down.
now if you were in line waiting behind some old clunker, that could be the prime reason you failed.
that is if she wasnt sitting for 2 weeks or more before hand.
