In PA, State Inspection requires the vehicle must be equipped with tires, at least, to oem specs. Most C900s spec H rated tires, however, SPGs, SiSs and '93 & '94 Comm Eds are spes'd with V rates tires. I've run both H & V rated tires in all of my previous C900s and have not noticed a significant difference in the handling. I suspect you went from a high quality brand name tire to a Brand X tire. I once purchased a C900 turbo with a pair of half worn Michelin Pilots on the front and a BRAND NEW pair of No-Name tires on the rear. Got on a wet, slippery off ramp on the interstate on my way to work and the back end broke loose all too easily. Got rid of the cheapies and got a new pair of Pilots to match the fronts and, Voila!, no more probs.
