I think the rear sunroof drain tubes drain out the rear quarter vent panels above the rear wheel wells. After 3 years of messing around with a leak to the driver's floor on my '90 SPG, I finally got lucky - my son showed me where the leak was entering! A PO (and not a bright one, either!) had drilled a hole to get access for another electric wire for phone power, but hadn't bothered to seal it! The water would get into the channel between the rear of hood & windshield cowl, run to the left side and go down thru one of the factory holes, onto the new wire, and into the interior near the Hood Release handle. Easy fix.
