Definitely follow Justin's advice for the NTC above. I just went through a period of bad warm starting. Perfect start when cold, good start when hot (ie. less then 10 minutes after the car was previously shut off) but stalls and low idle for ~30 seconds if the car was left for much more than 10 minutes and less than ~3 hours. The following were possible culprits from some searches of this board:
- check valve on fuel pump
- fuel pressure regulator
- lazy/dirty AIC valve
- NTC sensor
The culprit ended up being the FPR. It seemed to be OK when i sucked on the vacuum line but when i eventually pulled the unit off the car and held it upside down a small quantity of fuel poured out. One symptom (that i now think was associated with this problem) was a noisier-than-usual exhaust on over-run (when the car was let to coast off throttle). Sounded a bit like a race car !
