A new member (finally joined!) here with an old question. I have a 1989 turbo sedan with the active (non-automatic) seat belts, and consequently the two bolt/latch mounting pattern. I just bought a nice set of seats from a 1993 9000 CSE, hoping to swap them in for the trashed 900 seats. After looking at most of the threads on this issue, it seems as if it is possible, but when looking and measuring each of the seats/mounts, I just don't see it.

So here are my questions (plus would love to hear recommendations both pro and con regarding this swap):

1. Has anyone made a mounting bracket to handle this switch, and if so, could you tell me how you went about it?
2. Am I correct in thinking that if I get the center console from a 91-93 car, this will accomodate the wider 9000 seats? And is this an easy swap?

Thanks for any help anyone can provide!
