Base boost - check the FAQ:

The clock may simply be dead - check the fuse first, but literally the circuit is the battery to a fuse to the clock - there isn't much to break.
If the odometers don't work but the speedometer does, the gears which drive them may be broken. There are a LOT of threads about repair & replacement options, do a search.
The temp gauge is driven by a sensor on the head, under the thermostat. It's a little brass sensor with a single wire attached to it. The issue is either a dead sensor, the wire becoming detached, or a broken gauge. My money is on a detached wire - these things don't break terribly often.
Interior lights are annoying to fix. Could be a dead relay under the back seat, bad grounds at the doors, a bad switch in the center console (my bet), or improperly connected wiring at either or both lights. The interior lights are not connected to the trunk light, so don't worry about that.
As RC said, replace all the grommets on the intake manifold and the PCV breather if you haven't already. It's ~$10 on eeuroparts, and needs to be done on a routine basis anyway.
