If you go to the trouble of making a fused, switched jumper wire, get a 20amp 12v automotive circuit breaker from autozone or anywhere and use it. Put it INLINE with the switch...this jumper will come in handy many times, blowing a fuze that's wired into your jumper is a real PITA. The circuit breaker is easily reset.
