Thanks for the help Swedecar and others. Turns out its that the AC compressor is not engaging anymore. Both fans work when tested via jumpers at the relay. It was engaging as of about 3 days ago, and I didnt realize it wasn't clicking on. Duh.
Well, now I gotta figure out why that's not working. I suspect that the recent 25 degree weather has shrunken a seal or cracked a hose and the 134 has leaked out.
BTW I notice that my car still has the coolant fan time delay relay 9563339 (the one specified as should be replaced in TSB02/93 0305. How important is it that I just swap it out with the 4 prong multiuse? Or should I just leave it alone since it works AOK.
