As far as I know, all the return lines are the same. You just need to pay attention to the year of the car, as the return lines changed subtly as the tanks changed. I think, though, by a and large, most any return line can be made to fit so long as the fuel pump type is the same.
I think Ken's idea is spot on - just extend that rubber line further and move that barb fitting somewhere else. Do be careful as the lines passes through the shock tower, and I imagine over time the metal will wear a hole in the rubber. I'd throw a good grommet in there and keep my eye on it.
