I'm guessing that there are places that do it, but the cadmium is quite toxic so bolt manufacturers supplying Ford and VW, to name just two, are no longer using this method. There's something called "Copy Cad" by caswellplating.com that I'd like to try. Haven't seen any comments regarding this product so I can't say if it works or not.
I only mention this because you are doing such a thorough job on everything else that I'm thinking you'd want to put fresh looking hardware on the car. At some point my 1989 Ed. Grey Turbo is going to need paint work and I'd like to do what you are doing.
