A couple of weeks ago, I had posted a short thread about my fuel pump problem and subsequent remedy of replacing the relay. Here's the problem - My '89 900 Turbo Conv. has been in my mechanic's shop now for over a week. He can't get to the bottom of the problem. He's got voltage from the fuse to the pump via the relay. The pump checks out A-OK. The relay was replaced with an OEM. The relay checks out OK, the Ignition checks out OK. The engine still will not fire up! Any other ideas out there that I can pass along? I've already cut and pasted some relevant info. from this board to him via email including this site information. He's brought in another repair guy friend of his from another shop and they still can't diagnose the issue. HELP please HELP please. I'm nearing the decision fork in the road to bury or sell the car for parts if I can't fix this.
Thanks in advance for all of your contribution feedback.
