You say it worked before you put it all back together? Sounds like a wiring issue. Check the connectors at the main control unit under the knee pad, the connector at the bundle just above your turn signal in the engine compartment and then the connector at the locking unit in the door. Clean them all. They do get corroded. Then check the continuity of the wiring. There are just two wires running/to from main control unit to each lock motor. When you look at the bundle in the engine compartment you will see three connectors. The four wire connector is for your power mirror and the other two wire connector is for your power windows.
The lock motors don't like to have direct voltage applied for a long time so if you do test the motor do it just for a 1/2 second and nor more. If applying voltage has no effect - its probably a bad motor.
