When I lived in the desert where you'd think such a thing would be impossible, I saw a Saab with a battery cable that had corroded internally causing a no-start. I would check the cables for voltage drop, or replace them anyway if your terminals have deteriorated.
It looks like your parasitic load is very good at only 20 mA so I'm guessing that your problem is in the cables, charging system, or starter itself. I know that internal cable corrosion sounds far fetched, but my friend who had a Saab salvage yard was seeing this even in a dry climate.
Eeuro (I think they are a site sponsor) has a very good quality cable set. The blue cable is from Saab, but the red cable is made by them in house, I think, and is top quality.
