I have a 91' 900 non-turbo. For the last few months shes been shaking or it could almost be considered a shimmy on acceleration in the higher gears 3rd-5th. Once you hit about 80-85mph and start to cruise it calms down but you can still feel it through the peddles. Its worse with a full car of people. It doesn't feel like a miss alignment or tires out of balance. I feel like it has to do with something in the transmission or perhaps a motor mount? Oh also, at highway speeds i put it in natural and pressed both feet against the floor board and could feel thudding. any ideas? I live in a small town were people hardly no what a saab is, and virtually have to show my mechanic here what to do. I need some ideas so I can point the mechanic in the right direction. thanks!
