All good suggestions. I'd like to add that it may be a bad wheel bearing as well. Definitely check and/or change the easiest and least expensive things first. The motor mount is probably the easiest. Followed by the wheel bearing. Then the inner driver. You may find that the inner tripod bearing on the drive axle is toast as well if your inner driver has gone dry. When swapping on the inner driver, be sure that you use all the shim rings that are on the transmission. If you get a used driver, don't use the shims that may have come with it.
To check the motor mount, simply look at it while someone revs the engine. If you feel that the motor has too much movement, or you can see that the rubber of the mount is torn or cracked, then it's bad. To check a wheel bearing, jack the wheel off the ground and grab it at 12:00 and 6:00 and check for play at the hub. You can also tell if your ball joints are bad this way, but the play will be at the ball joints instead. I don't know of a good way to check the inner driver for wear without pulling the axle. You can however, take the boot clamp off and check the condition of the bearing grease.
