I own two c900. A non-turbo four door and a turbo three door hatch. Both with auto trans. Over 180k on both and their working just fine. I change the fuild every 15k and drive both models with the knowledge that they do have auto. trans. Just don't use them for long, higher speed road trips. The gasoline mileage will suck over 55 mph. When I'm driving my turbo model, I never "Punch" the turbo but, rather just gently feed the turbo when picking up speed. The auto. turbo models do better when moving along in third gear at higher speeds. Then you can really engage the turbo. I use my 9000t for the interstate, high speed runs. Saving the automatics for local driving or under 55 mph driving. If you take a more gentle approach to the automatics, and change the fluids, they will last a long time.
