What are the characteristics of a good one? On my '88 turbo, the arm comes all the way out and pushes against the stop. Vacuum will draw it in, but I thought it was supposed to rest somewhere in between and travel in both directions?
I have a spare that acts the same way. Are they both defective? Thanks!
