Jon, when you type removing the low spots, do you mean filling in with filler?
I was thinking of filling in and actually painting them on the car.
I thought perhaps if they are removed and reinstalled, that they will show the indentations again.
Another wild idea, was to remove the mounting rails, and find another way to fasten the kit on; hence eliminating the cause.
The Saabkit that Saab offered prior to the SPG mounted directly through the plastic with rails and rubber that hid the rivets. There was not signs of warpage with that kit.
The only thing I gather with the SPG panels is that over time, the plastic shrinks. Some are worse than others. When the SPGs were newer, I did not notice warpage.
