Emil,
Give that bomb up. You've got the brakes, right? It's not the brakes that bother you but ABS system. Brake accumulator is not the part of ABS system.
Try applying +12V to the main valve at the #18 pin of ABS ECU connector (having ECU disconnected). I bet you won't hear or feel any click on the valve then - in this case it means that either green-red #741 wire (running from pin #18 of ABS ECU connector to pin #1 of Main Valve) or black #742 wire (running from #2 pin of Main Valve connector to #300 ground point) is semi-broken. You'll need to find where that wire is broken and get it fixed.
A cable is made of several wires. If some of them are broken then this cable can not run all the current (e.g. to toggle the valve) but you'll still be able to measure resistance and conductance of this line. That's why all the manuals are telling to carry out all the voltage tests having connectors plugged into their sockets - i.e. under load - rather the having all the stuff disconnected.
On the pic below you can see a cable with a single wire broken. But imagine that all the wires are broken but a single good one - it'll be enough for your DC multimeter to report you on good circuit but not enough to run the current required to toggle that ABS main valve.
Good luck,
Zig
