Hey there 88-Vert, love your car! It's even got the right air intake pieces in the front bumper like my '90 900 Aero Airflow body car has which I feel look awesome! As far as a blow off (to atmosphere) valve stick with a bypass valve otherwise your air mass meter won't know what's going on! If you want a better bypass valve go with an 010 (last 3 numbers) factory one, it holds more pressure. If you want something in forged aluminum rather than plastic I like the Hyperboost ones that are made in the USA like the one here ( http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/members/gallery.html?memberID=425&do=show&id=15907 ) on my 9000 Talladega. Follow Hans great info to the "T" but something that's helped me when one of my cars have boost problems is to trouble shoot by swapping out known good APC solenoids, APC boxes and so on. I've got lots of all of those components if you end up needing to do that. Dave at SPG9 Custom Turbo's
