A compression test only tells half the story. You need a leak down test, too to draw any conclusive results. At this point, I wouldn't assume it's one thing more than another - head gasket, leaky valve stem seals, #1 rings, etc. Smoke that isn't coolant from the exhaust and dipstick sounds like bottom end. Could be copious oil being sucked out of the turbo and burned, but you'd likely see evidence of that in the intake plumbing. IMHO, you gotta do a leak down test.
