The reason I ask is that this weekend I discovered that my SPG had far more extensive rust problems than I had at first thought - well beyond just the control arm tunnels, all along the rockers and in the floor boards. It looks like a good bump would fold the car and I'd be terrified to put it on a lift.
Needless to say, I'm depressed and not really thinking straight.
I've got a basic C900 of the same year that I will be getting under tonight to see how it is structurally, but I can already tell it's in a lot better shape underneath. I'm wondering if I can swap over the suspension and turbo and ECU and essentially build a lot of the best SPG features into the other car.
I don't know - I'm just bummed right now. :(
