If no fuel is getting into the cylinders two quick and easy checks are 1) crank the engine and then crack loose the banjo bolt on the front end of the fuel rail and expect pressurized fuel to spray out. If not then you have a fuel delivery issue (eg. pump not running) and 2) check all the grounds near the thermostat housing. If those are loose or corroded the injectors won't be grounded and won't open and that's more likely than a system component failure (and easier and cheaper to fix).
