Some of the places that advertise new aftermarket carpeting for the C900 are selling "cut and sewn" carpet. Don't bother with that. It fits poorly, persistently unravels and is a PIA to install. You are better off with rough, salvaged OEM carpet. I'm considering having my damaged carpeting patched. There's no shortage of patch donor material and I have a feeling it will be fine if done carefully. I've been able to get filthy OEM carpet looking like new by filling a 55 gallon drum with hot water and laundry detergent, jamming the carpeting in and agitating it with a stick. Let it soak for a few hours and then flop it in the driveway and hose it until the soap is all washed out, then hang it up to drip and dry. Nothing comes close to the quality of the OEM stuff.
