If you are getting injector pulses, the hall sensor is working. Hall sensor -> ignition control unit -> ignition amplifier (if equipped) -> tachometer -> FI ECU -> fuel pump/injectors. If the injectors are doing their thing, everything upstream is working properly.
You need an inline spark tester to see if you've got spark at the plug (failing sends you on a coil/cap/rotor/wire hunt) and a fuel pressure tester to test for pressure at the rail (failing sends you on a fuse/pump/filter/regulator hunt).
