When you get into it that far, you'll also want to replace the primary shaft bearing, and the pilot bearing.
The slave cylinder is attached with allen screws. You'll save a lot of time if you cut the short leg of the allen wrench down to about 3/8".
It's often a real bear to get the old primary shaft seal out, even with a BF screwdriver. The last few times, I had to heat the old seal with a propane torch until it started to bubble around the outside to make it easier to pry out.
When you reinstall the slave cylinder, use Permatex #2 to seal the threads.
