Something else I found out the one way check valve on the brake booster was no good. I did replace it with a good one still did not change anything. I'm still having a hard break issue the pedal is really firm. I drove it yesterday for about 5 minutes and the brakes came back like it was a stuck caliper I will look into that. Hopefully that one way check valve it's nothing to do with the motor smoking. Sometimes it does lightly smell like burnt oil but I would think the spark plugs would show signs of burning oil but they do not. Very strange. With the engine just freshly being put together I wonder if I should just drive it a little while and see if things clear up.
