As you've found out, The B202 engine is very sturdy and 200k is nothing to worry about if it's had good routine maintenance. You should do gaskets and seals and could do rings and bearings but at 200k those are likely to still be in decent serviceable condition (barring any negligent or abusive history).
On the other hand any C900 five speed transmission at 200k is usually seriously in need of all new bearings (and a layshaft, 1-2 shift fork and stack shims if it's a 1988 five speed). History on the transmission will be very helpful in determining whether it should be rebuilt before installing, maybe it's already been rebuilt or replaced with a later, lower mileage unit. You can get your first clue by reading the GM----- number on it's tag to see if it's a 1988 variant (for instance GM55602 would be one common 1988 variant). For most C900 owners the cost of doing a power unit R&R twice has to be weighed against the cost of rebuilding up front and doing only one R&R. Also if it blows up you'll need to add the cost of a second transmission to the labor of the second R&R.
