ok, I am driving in traffic(after a country trip of 20 miles)when I go to pull away from a stop sign and the car will not move. I try shifting into 3,2,1,n,r,p and back and forth. after a few moments I was abel to get the car going and it seemed fine.I drove to a stop and shut the car off., 20 min later took off and came to the first stop and here we go again,I go through the same stuff and start to go again.I then hold the accelerator down a bit with the brake on to hold a little presure while in gear. This seemed to help. I then try again when I was out of traffic to stop nomally and the problem comes back.I had a problem with the car shifting into high gear for a while 3-4 but letting off the gas sometimes helped. I noticed when getting close to home (40 miles) that when turning corners and letting the car slow that I would lose the engagement and then have to play around to get going again. The thing I noticed was that when I was driving I did not feel any slipping or if I would step down on the accelerator and kick the trans into passing gear it seemed to shift down fine. Also when the first problem occured I went into a service station and checked the fluid level, it was just below the max reading for the 160 degree mark. which I beleve is normal. The car had the 95,ooo mile major service done at a saab shop and they change the filter and fluid at that time. the fluid looks very clean. The service was done @113,000 and the car has 118,000 on it now. So I am looking for some help,With the experence of the other saab nuts out there. I have had many saabs but this is my first 9000 and my first automatic

Thanks for listening and look forward to talking with some of you .
