The two other pipes are underneath the turbo. The banjo fittings (sideways pipe with a bolt through the center) are for the coolant, and the normal couplings (straight on) are the oil lines. The T25 does look a lot like the T3. It is just a little smaller and lighter with the idea that it would spin up faster and give better boost in the midrange.
