What is your budget ? I had a look on Autotrader and the prices I saw for Carlsson's were crazy. I sold mine to my mechanic for a grand with 145k on the clock and 6 grand of work done over 5 years. He is going to put a new clutch on it and sell it. If you were interested you could probably get it for under 2k. It has had virtually everyhing replaced including shocks, DI, Turbo, etc and a new set of Pirelli's. His telephone is 0121 440 1555 (Birmingham). Ask for Ray (Bagnall SAAB) and tell him you are interested in Paul Liddy's Carlsson (if you are interested that is). If you want to see some pictures let me know and I will e-mail them to you.
I wasn't aware that any of the Areo's had TCS.
The Carlsson was doing 27 to the gallon before I sold it.
If you are going to be putting 60k a year on the Car over 3 years then you will probably want to consider a lower milege car, but that will cost you.
