I installed mine myself about 3 hrs ago. It wasn't all that bad. Took about 1hr 40min for me and a friend. We used the clamps that come with the system and I agree with others that this will make it easier in the future if you need to replace or remove anything at all. I also didn't use a 3" Cat Converter with my setup. It's just bolted up with the supplied straight pipe that cam ewith it. I also haven't done as others suggest and cut off the excess threads from the clamps and I think this is a good idea as like them, I also have my car lowered using SAS springs. I'll cut them off next weekedn though. Good Idea.....My tailpipe also isn't correct, cause I didn't install it. You see, they sent me the system that should fit my car( 88')but the tailpipe I got is straight, I mean completely straight, and about 15 in long. The old stock system though had the curved type tailpipe. I can probably have them simply swap with me but, I might try another idea just before this! My car also has the complete Airflow kit, so I don't even think the curved section I would need would clear the kit anyways. Again, I have another idea.... Without the cat the car is kinda LOUD though, very throaty but, kinda loud.
See Ya,
Phil
