Here's my 2c worth.
If you can't do the work yourself, will your Indy let you "ride shotgun" and call the replacements on the fly? I'm doing the same project myself (I'm actually doing the labor et al) and have found the balance and timing chain components to be fine. The extra labor to get in there required removing all the components like the alternator, power steering pump, A/C compressor, water pump, and timing belt tensioners. It gets quite involved.
I found I didn't need to replace the oil pump seal or the crank shaft seal, bymmv. Look for leakage below all components. The Balance Shaft and Timing Chain Sprockets were all good, and the chain guides showed a little wear, so I didn't replace them. (Dealer cost for the guides was around $100 and I thought they'd easily go another 100K.)
If your head gasket isn't leaking (mine was, which is why I went down this road) don't pull it; if it is leaking, do a valve job while the head is off. It should cost only about $150 if you don't have to replace valve guides or valves (you shouldn't need these.) Make sure to get new guide seals, tho; these don't seem to be included in some jobs.
Good Luck! HTH.
