That thing has more mis-information than information. Besides,
there's no manual, I know of, that will get you through this conversion.
I've just done the same to my '94 Aero - it has a '98 drivetrain, along
with some other goodies!
Make sure you get the whole wiring harness and the ECU with the
engine. There's a lot of rewiring and splicing that will have to be
done. Also, you'll need the instrument panel as the two-speed
radiator fan isn't controlled by the trionic, like it is on the '94. It's controlled by EDU, linked to the engine coolant temp. sensor.
The EDU calculates the coolant temp. from resistance and uses
the info to control the 2-step motor. The temperature gauge is linked
to the trip computer.
Basically, all the rewiring and splicing has to be done between a
round 24-pin connector (H24-1) and a 10-pin connector (H10-20)
on the '94. These wires have to be 'transplanted' into the rectangular
70-pin connector (H70-1) that's on the '97 wiring harness, between
the trionic T5 and the engine.
