climate control/replaced transistor/still bad

per earlier post my My 1991 9000T climate control refuses to shut off. Nothing happens when I hit off, or Econ, it just stays blasting away a/c. The fan speed doesn't appear to vary when I try to adjust it up or down on the panel. From Quasi this: You'll need to remove the blower controller, then remove and replace the transistor. Hardest part is finding the transistor! See link below.
Have done that but still problem exists. Couls transistor be bad or are there other area's I need to look at
