It is not *that* bad of a job. It was not on my '95 CS. I did it in an evening but am probably above average in 'handy'. Make sure you remove the little short segment of aquarium bulkhead behind the ABS relay box. Get new hose clamps. get some 1/2" wide x 1/8 or so closed cell foam to wrap around the new core. Mine was batre and I made it look like what I pulled out. Flush and refill with distilled water/Mercedes coolant to 50% and change it every 2 years. Mine started smelling and I tried Bars to 'get me by' for a while. It did not do anyhting. The 'leak' was more of a weep and was at the pass side aft corner of the core. It cannot leak INTO the cabin as the recess for the core will drain to the aquarium. You will see it when you get it apart. Quasi's page is a good guide.
