Here you can buy the x-formed wheel "bolt opener" that has something like 15+19+21mm sockets and a 1/2" head. The opener has 4 shafts that are about 20 cm long. Sure you can find one there too, here they are sold virtually in every supermarket. For me it's a bit difficult to expain this "opener", as non-native english speaker.
You put the socket into the opener. Put socket into nut. Put a strong iron tube (lenght about 1-1.5 meters) onto the opener. Support the other end for example with a piece of wood, tile or your assistant is holding it.
Firm jump on the tube, screek and the nut is open. All takes less than 5 mins...
