The orange Prestone is fine.
Now, the distilled water issue. Most people think that using anything except distilled water will corrode the system, the premise being that hard water rich in particulates (metals) will accelerate the corrosion of aluminum components. The tap water in our locale is very soft and I've used it for years with no ill effects. I also used very hard water in another area years ago and suffered naught as a result. I would say that if you will stay awake nights worrying about using tap water, go buy $2 worth of distilled water from the supermarket and consider it an aid to your mental health if nothing else. It is interesting to note that neither Prestone nor Saab recommend anything other than "water" to be mixed with antifreeze.
The ratio should be 50:50 unless you live in an area subjected to abnormally low temps. See the antifreeze container for instructions. Exceeding about 70:30 antifreeze:water will be counter-productive, and using less than 50:50 will promote corrosion.
Also, consider a 5.5-oz. (silver) bottle of Bar's Leaks. See a lengthy discussion about three months ago on the wisdom of using BL, or lack thereof depending on the POV. I've used it for years and believe it virtuous.
