My '98 CSE is the first car I've owned with ACC, and I think it works excellent. The blower is powerful, much more than in any of my previous cars (one being a '96 900S).
One thing I wish it had was 1-degree steps. My wife's '02 Buick Rendezvous has this feature, as well as going to lower and higher settings. Plus, what would have been nice in the 9K (especially for the sticker price of the car) was dual climate control. That is also a blessing in her SUV since she likes it sweltering hot and I like it comfortably cool!!!!
